Readers, I want to apologize for my lack of posts. I am feeling quite sick with a cold, but I still wanted to check in and let you know that I am still in this plane, and I anticipate a full recovery by Monday. At least that's what I am hoping for.
Anyhow, for your enjoyment, let me share with you a recent upload from the Beinecke Rare Books library at Yale University. (For those of you using Google Reader, click this link to see the slideshow.) I absolutely adore the design of the Beinecke - it's like a jewel box, filled with precious gems. In addition, I love the mid-century design of the place - as a matter of fact, the photo with the man working at the card catalog is my new iPad background. Enjoy the photos, and have a great weekend - I hope to be back at 100% Monday!
So neat - thanks for sharing, Jason. I love the photos too.

Just exquisite. This building was contemporary with the Amon Carter, and I see so much of the museum in these pictures. I just wish we had held on more firmly to our 1960s roots.
